Did you know it takes more chemicals to process organic fabric than to just grow regular cotton? The regular cotton plants produce product more efficiently, use less space and the higher yield and easier processing means that yard for yard, traditional cotton is more environmentally friendly. I've never really thought about the environmental effects of condoms, but I can see that they can be a problem. It might be a good idea for condom manufacturers to look into making eco-friendly condoms.
