		<description>This is interesting, but instead of using eco toilet paper, I think we should crack (no pun intended) the whole toilet industrial complex.  When I lived in Africa, I had an outdoor pit latrine, a tea-kettle full of water (how's THAT for British colonial influence?), and a bar of soap.  I LOVED crapping there!  I'm still convinced that, when done correctly, this method works just as well as our equally flawed and much more wasteful western system.  I'm sure public health officials would agree, and I'm still convinced that I got those ameobas and giardia from drinking untreated well water...</description>
