Uh, not to be a downer, but this is FAR from progressive. One may as well INCREASE emissions if one is only dedicated to 30% reduction over TWO DECADES. This target is obscenely pathetic, token at best. If we congratulate Bloomberg for his efforts, we&#039;ll only encourage more weak legislation that is similar.
80% by 2050 or we&#039;re doomed. Probably too late, anway.
