Hello, just wanted to add my $.02 about the Walmart debate. While their new commitment to being eco-friendly is better than NOT being conscious of the environtment, the bigger issue with Walmart is the homogenization of human culture. Their discount prices create a market where small businesses can not compete, forcing them to close and giving customers only one option – the Walmart option. It's the same as factory farming and fast food restaurants – it destroys diversity and regional culture...
