Be Present’s pieces from their Bamboo earth-friendly line have recently become the favorites of my yoga clothes. Be Present was started in 2002 by Colorado yogi, Amy Lopatin Dobrin.

We are a small family owned business that values close relationships with clients, environmentally friendly practices and doing the right thing. Every item of clothing is proudly made in the USA. We like to think of ourselves as a family of creative spirits who love yoga, love clothing and love to have a good time. We wear be present clothes to yoga, to travel, to hike and to have fun.

Be Present has a great selection of tanks, tees, pants, and hoodies for women and men that will make even non-yogis want to wear their clothing. Many of their tees + tanks are adorned with great messages such as, “Be Present,” “Listen to Intuition,” “Be Creative” and “Be Confident.”

I can highly recommend the Bamboo Agility Pant, the Bamboo Hoodie They’re both super-soft and perfect for yoga and anything beyond. In fact, I have a hard time not wearing these every day!

Definitely check them out for gifts for your favorite eco-yogi (or yourself)!

Bamboo is probably the most ecological source of one of the best textile fabrics around. It produces strong, color fast, cooler clothing and doesn’t retain odors.

I highly recommend buying bamboo. It makes doing something for the environment look good!

I’ve recently tried out some fabulous eco-friendly yoga clothing from http://www.Yogo.ca. They’ve just launched a revamp of their line - in bamboo, soy or organic cotton blends. The long sleeve tshirts feel great as soon as you try them on - snug but not tight. The long sleeve tshirts are long in the body too - great for coolish days - but the fabric is flexible enough to scrunch up without adding bulk.

I thought you might be interested.
