I’ve been working very hard, trying to include all the latest sustainable and environmentally-friendly brands, stores and designers I dig up in my web cruising, so you don’t have to!

Starre Vartan is the founder and editor-in-chief of Eco-Chick and author of The Eco-Chick Guide to Life (St. Martin's Press). A problogger and oft-quoted green living expert who has been featured in the NYTimes, Elle, Glamour and Whole Living, she is a contributor to The Huffington Post, Inhabitat, and Hearst's The Daily Green, and is currently editor-at-large for Coco Eco Magazine. An active ecofashionista, she has style edited for Plenty magazine and coordinated runway shows. She splits her time between Connecticut and NYC and calls Sydney, Australia her second home, even though it was her first (as that's where she was born and most of her family resides). When not writing, blogging, or researching her next book, she is trailrunning, trying to cook, or snowboarding.

Hello! After hearing what a great night I missed with the CT Green Scene, Green Drinks I thought I would check out who was there. I am sorry I missed meeting you.

My name is Moira Cleary and I own TheJuicyPearGiftShop.com. A small site which specializes in selling items made from recycled material. I have always loved the idea of making something great and of quality from re-purposed material. So, I decided to open a shop which I could believe in and enjoy running. The store opened in June, and is still in the beginning of it’s journey but already our children are dreaming of running it some day!

You and your team have so much going on, and I feel that we still have so much to learn. I look forward to bumping into you someday!
