The first time I saw this video my first thought was I wanted one too. I think I might have to save this video somewhere so I can watch it a few more times. I like it a lot. :)

That is so incredible cute. The first time I saw this video my first thought was I wanted one too. How would you feel if you were caged all the time? Polar bears, like other bears, have a need to roam over large distances, and no zoo, no matter how well-intentioned, can provide that. It's sad that this baby bear will probably never know its natural world at all. While I understand that valuable things can be learned from captive animals that help their wild brethren, I don't think the ends justify the means. I'm still opposed to keeping animals in cages, no matter how big.

The cuteness is almost unbearable (no pun intended!) but I think the infanticide is clearly a result of the bears being captive.
