Green cleaning is certainly the way to go, and the wave of the future! We (ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Services in Denver) do not do residential cleaning but we have been using environmentally friendly cleaning products for our office cleaning services for some time now. Easier on the planet, easier on our cleaners, and easier on the people who work at the facilities that we clean. Everyone wins!

Using non-toxic natural products is such an important part of keeping a green home. I found some great products at www.carribeanmist.com
They sell high-quality environmentally friendly products that are natural, safe, effective AND affordable!

Great post and ideas. You're right, we are used to that toxic smell. For my family I like Shaklee (www.greenmom.info) but baking soda and vinegar are used in my home too! Just getting rid of toxic stuff is a start! Love your blog!
