On Earth Day, I bought a new car.

The good news is that, since my old car had been running for a good 6 months with the “Check engine” light on, I’m probably fouling the air less than I was the day before.

You know another issue is the 'locked' down nature of our homes these days and how bad air is kept in the house. I've gotten many emails from cosnumers who say they actually felt better when they opened the window and let the fresh air in at night. I'd also say replace your pillow every year and wash monthly to keep allergens at bay. Consider using fabrics that breathe well, wick away moisture and are eco friendly like Tencel.
Cheers!

Photosynthesis works by combining water, carbon dioxide, and solar radiation making glucose. Plants love the stuff. By increasing any of these three elements you make earth life thrive.

My husband has really bad allergies and he's currently taking a Nettle/Eyebright tincture. It works pretty well for him - that, plus regularly rinsing his nasal passages with saline.

(Ew, that picture! Mist o' germs)

Homeopathic remedies can work really well. There are a few companies that make tree and plant formulas to alleviate the suffering. Avoiding typical food irritants can really help too. Some of these are: coffee, wheat, soy, corn, and dairy.
