		<description>Excellent post! I especially appreciate #6. I would even go farther and say that to truly practice Ahimsa, yogis should consider where there dairy and eggs come from. The dairy industry is full of cruelty and directly linked to the veal industry. To truly practice non-violent living, dairy and eggs should also be given up. A vegan diet is the best diet for the Earth, animals, and ones health.</description>
