I happened upon the show yesterday and witnessed the cast using products like shaving cream, shampoo, and other toxic products in the ponds and ocean. The least MTV couldve done in this regard is provide them with biodegradable products.

MTV jumped the shark when they yanked the plug on the Headbanger's Ball because they were terrified of the blow back from Ozzy bringing down the Berlin Wall, and the Metal Revolution that swepted through the Eastern Block after the fall of the Iron Curtain. MTV2 brought it back decades later, when it was safe to go back in the water, a pale version of its former self, devoid of the type of anti-nuclear and polical implications the original once had, despite the spandex and the big hair... MTV saw its hayday when it had the courage to air Aeon Flux, which they then turned into Charlize Theron's worst flick... There's nothing left of MTV except crappy top 40 Disney divas... The only place to see cool videos is MySpace and YouTube. Maybe Planet Green should have a music video show... ring back the feeling youth might actually be onto something new!

As guests in Bocas, MTV should have left the community as or better than they found it.
The money MTV will earn on this latest garbage reality show would considerably help the conservation efforts, wildlife protection or healthcare & education for the indigenous people that live there.
Bocas is a beautiful area famous for its nature and wildlife, hopefully MTV picks up their game and contributes back to the community that they have left scarred, or at least play some music videos.

Bocas Del Toro is the one of the most pristine places on this planet. It is incredibly beautiful, the folks down there are warm and friendly. A place everyone should go. So much to do in Bocas Del Toro. How sad that MTV would allow this to happen. Clean up your act MTV, and clean up the mess you left. And give back to Bocas what you took.
