Echinacea is great for immune boosting and the honey helps sooth the throat and break up the mucus. Lemon would help with the mucus also... but I'm picky. :) It's key to keep warm during the winter months, especially if you're sick. Keep bundled and stay warm. I love making minestrone from farmer's mkt veggies and just sipping on it. Castor oil is great to. It helps with circulation and inflammation. If you have sinus problems take a dime size amount in your palm, heat it in your hand and just massage it over your sinus areas for 15-30 minutes. Work it down your neck (by the lymph area) and it will help everything drain. Another thing I've heard, but not tried is wearing a beanie to bed and pulling the sheets off your feet. The heat moves down your body and take the crud out of your head and drains it all. -S

I know a lot of people swear by honeysuckle tea but I swear by echinacea tea with LOTS of honey.
