Hi. I wanted to comment on a rant — the one about Starbucks not offering proper ceramic cups for in-the-cafe customers — but I couldn’t find a place to do it.
Anyway, you’re totally right. You should also know there’s a cool grass-roots effort, called “The Mug Project”, to get food service operators and offices to offer mugs &/or reward folks who bring their own mugs. Check it out at: http://mugproject.ning.com/

Also, I’d like to send some samples of some of our new organic & Fair Trade items (like dark chocolate, team etc) to your products & trends writer Olivia but I don’t see any information on the site on how I’d do that.
