&gt;a spoonful of Coconut oil in a cup of warm water: drink it down, aids digestion which always makes everyone feel and look better.
&gt;Plain yogurt as a facial mask: the the lactic acid eats away all the dry skin, follow it with a salt or baking soda scrub, to peel the excess away.</description>
