Hooray, so far the Obama's have not dissappointed in anyway! It was soooooo necessary to get new blood into our country and go with the times.
I've been a big fan of your blog and have incorporated a bunch of your tips. Finally got a blog up and have nominated your blog for an award!
Also put you on my blogroll so that I will keep coming back:)

There's stories flying all over the Internet that Monsanto is trying to sponsor a Bill through Congress that would make organic farming impossible.

Yep!..saw the Alice Waters "wish list"...
But I am really so stunned this vegetable garden was not planted along when the white house was built!..or was it?...and who let it go?

I do not understand how this old fashioned, simple life plan, is so new.
Now, if I can just figure out how to make my own. Until then, the Sunday Farmer's market will remain my "Church".
