Well, as for my observation, many people really wanted to have a change for our planet but when we already started the deal, some of us tends to quit and slowly doing again what we're into. When we find it difficult, we have the tendency of putting back all the things and activities we're doing in the past because we feel that its easier due to the fact that we already experienced it. So, the deal would only become useless. Hence, I still believe that we can MAKE a CHANGE if we only put it in our hearts. For example, eliminating the manufacturing and usage of plastic containers or other form of disposable bags is one way of supporting the environment. We all know that plastics can cause impairment to all of us due to its harmful toxic. So, the use of stainless steel is highly recommended. A good quality of stainless steel in Happy Tiffin's product, http://www.happytiffin.com is a sample alternative for disposables. It's very safe to use and eco-friendly as well.

I agree with most of these points but I don't think that stop eating meat is a must.

Meat is part of the natural human diet, and contains some sustances vegetables don't. We have born as omnivorous animals, so I find it ok.

Also, growing your own food is ok, but some people can't do that, they don't have space to do it.

Driving less and saving energy at home is completelly recommended and I find it very nice, but not avoid eating meat, although this can also help, but it's not something to blame about.
