Eco Chick Giveaway: Nine Naturals' Sulfate-Free Hair Care

Nine Naturals makes healthy and safe shampoos, conditioners, and body washes for women and moms-to-be. Their formulations use 100 percent naturally derived ingredients, and they never use sulfates, parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, DEA, synthetic fragrances, or artificial preservatives.

Nine Naturals was created by mom and entrepreneur Grace Lee, who wanted to give women and mothers healthier options when shopping for themselves during such an important time in their lives. Grace gave birth to her first child just a few months ago, so she understands the kinds of products a woman needs.

Now, you might be thinking: “But I’m not pregnant; are these products for me?” The answer is yes, absolutely.

I’m not pregnant, and I have no intention of becoming pregnant any time soon. (Trust me on this one.) But I’ve been using Nine Naturals’ products religiously. I figure that if it’s safe enough for an expecting mother and the baby she’s carrying, it’s certainly safe enough for me.

Imagine lathering your hair to natural scents of citrus and mint, and then restoring it with a mandarin and ginger conditioner.  Afterwards, you soothe your skin with a citrus and geranium body wash. Sound pretty heavenly, doesn’t it?

Some of these Nine Naturals products could be yours!

We’re giving away two sets of Nine Naturals’ Citrus + Mint Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner to two readers. Want to win? Simply like Nine Naturals’ Facebook page and Eco Chick’s Facebook page. Good luck! (Readers must “like” both pages to win. The giveaway is open until 8/15/12 at midnight.)
