Our Fave 5 Minan Wong S/S 2017 Looks at Nolcha Shows NYFW

Minan Wong‘s eco-friendly, made in NYC, sustainable and fairtrade clothes come from a designer (that’s her above in the black!) who has worked with Eileen Fisher and Donna Karan. Wong writes of her line:
Great design starts with sustainable materials. Whenever possible, items are made using eco-friendly elements like organic cotton, Tencel, recycled wool and recycled PET. All pieces are made in the US for fair wages and support the local economy, because empowerment is not just for the people who can afford to buy our clothes!
We loved her looks from her recent NYFW Spring/Summer 2017 collection at the Nolcha Shows. Check out our five faves below!
This skirt is about the coolest, most modern thing I have seen on fall runways — that color, those pockets, and that comfy length that you can do anything in; j’adore!

Yes, we would wear this silk blouse over shorts…but also over long, flowy pants.

Really loving the way Wong is playing with cutouts and the always classic B&W.

What a perfectly elegant, figure-conscious (but not tacky-tight) and just plain lovely dress.

This skirt is like a more wearable take on a flamenco-dancer’s skirt, which is the epitome of feminine and powerful style.
