6 Natural Deodorants That Work: Eco-Chick Tested

Woman-dancing

I’ve reviewed my favorite natural deodorants, from stick to cream to paste and roll-on: Check it out, and let me know if you have one that you love which I’ve missed!

This video only includes natural deodorants that I’ve used and have found effective at deodorizing (none of these are antiperspirants, which I haven’t worn since I was 17). Why? When you block your body from sweating, it just makes you sweat more—I know by the time I was 16, I was using extra-strength Secret and still soaking through sweaters. As soon as I quit using antiperspirants, I stopped sweating so much within a couple weeks. So, I only use deodorants, never antiperspirants, as they end up being useless anyway.

Brands included are:

Aura Cacia Lavender Essential Oil: $12.79
Schmidt’s Deodorant: $9.00
Tom’s of Maine (Long-lasting deodorant for Men and Women):  $4.99
Fig & Yarrow: $14.00 (for travel size shown)
Dr. Hauschka: $24.00
Weleda: $14.00 (for large bottle)
