Enter by July 15: Just make a video showing who you are and why you can change the world via reducing the waste in the fashion industry. The winning team scores funds, fans and mentoring to turn their idea into action.
The judges of the competition are Rogan Gregory and Scott Mackinlay Hahn, co-founders of Rogan and Loomstate, eco activist and top model Angela Lindvall, and Geren Lockhart, founder and creative director of Geren Ford (all in image at the top).
Starre Vartan
Starre Vartan is founder and editor-in-chief of Eco-Chick.com and the author of the Eco-Chick Guide to Life. She's also a freelance science and environment writer who has published in National Geographic, CNN, Scientific American, Mental Floss, Pacific Standard, the NRDC, and many more. She lives on an island in Puget Sound with her partner and black cat. She was a geologist in her first career, and still picks up rocks wherever she goes.
