Coming Soon…Portovert
I’m excited about the upcoming launch of the online-only wedding magazine, Portovert, the “First and Only Online Magazine for Eco-savvy Brides and Grooms”. The wedding business in the United States is a multi-billion dollar a year industry, one that creates insane amounts of waste (not to mention Bridezillas!).
Up until now, there have only been one-off articles by mainstream bridal mags on how to have a green magazine, or wedding articles in green magazines. Portovert will be a regularly updated resource (and can be forwarded to less-environmentally oriented brides and grooms from their Earth loving friends and family).

I’ll also post again when the site is open to the public, but I got a sneak preview, and the content is hip and the design is gorgeous. If you’re getting married next year, bookmark this site now! It’s never too late to go green for your nuptuals.
