An Edible Soak: DIY Purifying Bath with Honey,Yogurt, and Banana

There are many things to love about autumn, but one of my favorites is that it’s finally cool enough to really enjoy a good bath. So scrub out that tub (it’s always a good idea to clean before you soak!) and try this delicious combo that smells TOTALLY DIVINE and will whisk you away to the tropics, with coconut milk, banana and nutmeg.

The ingredients are all natural, and you can make a yummy smoothie with the leftover ingredients the next morning!

Banana Purifying Bath with Honey & Yogurt Recipe

4 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tablespoon plain yogurt (or use a non-milk yogurt, just be sure it has probiotics in it)
2 tablespoons honey
Pulp of one ripe banana (the riper the better)
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

In a small warm bowl, add all ingredients and mix.

Set aside while you fill your bathtub with warm water.

Massage the mixture onto your body in circular motion, until you’ve used it all up.

Soak in tub for 15 to 20 minutes
