Say Hej Hej to the RUTH dress. Designed with inspiration from my paternal grandmother Ruth, and her fun-loving, young spirit. She lived to be almost a hundred years (95), played soccer with us until way in her 80’s, and rode our soap box car until way in her 70’s.
