Vintage Find! The Cat's Meow

No more chilled hands and bunches of scarves. Summer is in the air, and cross our toes, winter’s no more!

I love cute dresses for the summer, with delicious sleeves and patterns that make the wearer (me) squeal in adolescent delight. One of my favorite etsy shops in the whole flea market world is Miss Francesca’s thirteen eighty five. Her amazing eye always makes me want to own her whole wardrobe. Upon my usual wanderings I came across the absolutely purrfect (pun intended) summer dress.

With the most adorable button at the bodice, the cats come across as delicious little characters set against a sky blue background that absolutely says “Summer is coming!”  Top off the look with  a pair of cat eyes and a cute forest bound canvas tote.

“Premonitions of Summer” Iced Tea:
Chilled ice tea is a personal love in the hot and humid summer months to cool down, so here’s how we make it at home:

-Boil up 6 bags of organic Black tea with eight cups of water
-Add half a cup of lemon juice, a handful of fresh mint and chopped fresh (or frozen) peaches.
-Store in the refrigerator for a few days to blend and infuse the flavors, and enjoy!
