Empowering: Women’s Body Types Through the Ages (Video)

Unfortunately, women’s body types go in and out of ‘style’ (which seems really weird if you think about it, since it’s not like we can change up our waists or height like you can a skirt’s length, but anyway). While the video below may not be entirely accurate, it certainly serves as a reminder that the most important thing is to keep healthy, and flaunt your good bits and don’t worry about the ones you don’t like.

‘Cause styles come and go, but you live with your body for your whole life, so the smart thing is to work what you’ve got!

Did you feel any differently about your own body after watching this video? I’m probably closest to Edwardian England and it made me feel more comfortable with myself…just a bit.
