Bill Cunningham is more than just a street-style photographer who has been practicing his craft for decades (and some would argue, pioneered the craft); he is a sensitive human with the soul of a true artist.

Each week I look forward to his perceptive take on what the humans of NYC are wearing, and it is one of my small joys from the New York Times.

I especially loved this week’s video—where he brings together a bounty of mushrooms at the Union Square greenmarket with fashion—and wanted to share it with you (this is exactly the thinking that’s the inspiration behind my own line of housewares, Dogwood & Hastings!).
