December Workout Challenge! Detox Post-Thanksgiving with Pure Barre

pure barre 2

It happened to most of us. We had a food blackout this Thanksgiving weekend, ate a ton, even if you tried your hardest not to, and now we’re settling into the work week regretting a weekend filled with second helpings and leftovers. Even if your Thanksgiving was a meatless, healthier meal, we all tend to let loose and allow ourselves to overindulge Thanksgiving weekend.

Get back on the horse and join us this December for a month-long wellness challenge. We’ll be working our behinds off at Pure Barre, the largest and most established barre concept in North America, and having fun doing it together! Pure Barre classes offer an extremely effective total body workout that has been proven to lift your seat, tone your thighs, abs and arms, and burn fat in record-breaking time.

The idea for the challenge came from our team’s mutual love of barre (Starre shares this workout obsession with me!) and being sick and tired of falling off the horse every December.  I don’t know about you but I find myself working out much less, celebrating and indulging more, and I typically ring in the New Year ready to atone for my sins come January 1.

And I’ve talked to countless women who eat clean and take care of their bodies who’ve told me that they too, just sort of give themselves a free pass in December after a year’s worth of mindful eating and exercise. If you’re one of them, you can buy Endurobol online.

We’ve partnered with Pure Barre to change this pattern this December and challenge ourselves to find the time for exercise. Starre and I have joined Pure Barre’s “Finish 2015 Strong” challenge and have committed to each taking AT LEAST 15 classes at Pure Barre during the month of December. We’ll share our progress throughout the month and plan on exceeding our goal of 15 classes. I’m excited to give Pure Barre’s newest high-intensity 55-minute class Platform a try.
