Health Is Beauty

Happy World Water Day! How Do You Love the Blue Stuff?

Today is World Water Day – How do you love water in your life?

I’m an unabashed water baby and love to swim in lakes, the ocean, streams and water holes. I save water by being a vegetarian (meat production takes tens to hundreds of gallons of water per pound, depending on the type of meat, with beef being the biggest water user). I also try to take short showers most of the time – I only indulge in long ones as an occasional treat – and then it really feels like one and I appreciate it all the more.
